MCUF Welcomes Director of Military and University Relations

We are pleased to announce that Colonel Mark Reid, USMC (Ret.) has joined the Marine Corps University Foundation team.

Mark is exceptionally qualified. Having just completed three years as Chief of Staff of Marine Corps University, he served as the principal integrator of the MCU President’s priorities and oversaw operations, strategy, and coordination across an institution of nearly 800 faculty and staff serving more than 55,000 students worldwide.

Throughout that period, Mark worked closely with MCUF on major Foundation initiatives, including the Advisory Board for Innovation, AI & Emerging Technology, the neuroplasticity pilot program, international student and alumni engagement, strategic international military partnerships, and planning for the International Wargaming Center and Joint All-Domain Education Center.

Mark’s experience enables him to contribute immediately and help ensure that Foundation support remains closely aligned with MCU’s priorities.
