Josh Chartier is the Business Development Director for Echodyne Corporation, a market-leading radar manufacturer, and is responsible for strategic partner development and support for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, and maritime sales team. He previously led the company’s business development efforts in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
Prior to working at Echodyne, Josh was the Vice President of Business Development for DZYNE Technologies leading domestic and international counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) sales efforts. During his time at Raytheon Technologies, Josh worked at both Raytheon Emirates and the High Energy Laser program focusing on C-UAS solutions.
Josh retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2018 as a Lieutenant Colonel serving various roles as an Artillery Officer and Middle East Foreign Area Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Westmont College and a Master of Arts in International Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
