France Hoang is the Founder and CEO of BoodleBox, a collaborative AI platform that enables teams, institutions, and students to put today's leading AI models to work together in a single secure, shared workspace. BoodleBox serves more than 240,000 users across 150 colleges and universities and 130 companies and is backed by a partnership with Microsoft Elevate and membership in the NVIDIA Inception program.

France brings more than two decades of national security experience, with service in every branch of the U.S. Government. Appointed by President George W. Bush as Associate White House Counsel and Special Assistant to the President, he later mobilized in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, serving as Executive Officer of a U.S. Army Special Forces company during a combat deployment in southeastern Afghanistan. He was previously deployed to the former Yugoslavia during Operations JOINT ENDEAVOR and JOINT GUARD and served as Deputy Chief of Police and SWAT Commander at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. His legal career includes service as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, practice at Williams & Connolly, and clerkships on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

A committed advocate for professional military education, France serves as a Distinguished Visiting Lecturer at the United States Military Academy at West Point and as a Senior Fellow with George Mason University's National Security Institute. He also serves on the boards of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and No One Left Behind.

Evacuated from Saigon by the U.S. military in 1975 at the age of two, France graduated in the academic top 1% of his West Point class, earned a Master of Criminal Justice from Washburn University, and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
