Graham is the lead for Booz Allen’s cross-cutting portfolio and team supporting Autonomy and AI initiatives across the Department of War (DoW). Booz Allen’s AI team incorporates advanced algorithmic techniques, autonomous technologies, machine learning, and quantum information science to provide transformative applications in national security. The Defense AI team is central to the effort, leading some of the largest engagements at the intersection of AI and Defense. Overall, Booz Allen is the #1 provider of AI services to the federal government.

Graham has more than 20 years of experience supporting DOD and other U.S. government agencies. His background includes experience in operations research, portfolio management, and modeling and simulation. Over the course of his career, he has served in delivery oversight and leadership roles for customers across the Air Force, NASA, Navy, Combatant Commands, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, including the Joint AI Center (JAIC) and Chief Digital and AI Office (CDAO).

Graham serves as Visiting Faculty to the Eisenhower School at National Defense University, advising as an Industry Chair focused on AI matters. He is also the co-chair of the Washington, DC Regional Council for the Smithsonian institution.

Graham earned a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He resides in Washington, DC with his wife and two children.
