We are so very pleased to share outstanding news regarding our Vice Chairman, Don Knauss. On December 11 the National Association of Corporate Directors presented Don with its highest honor, the prestigious B. Kenneth West Lifetime Achievement Award.

This award represents its highest recognition in the field of corporate governance. It is reserved for individuals whose careers demonstrate exceptional dedication to strengthening board leadership and advancing the highest standards of governance. Don’s exemplary service with Kellanova (formally Kellogg), McKesson, Target, the University of San Diego, and of course his steadfast leadership and commitment to the Marine Corps University Foundation, made him an extraordinary and deserving choice.

Mr. Knauss’s decades of service across both the private sector and nonprofit leadership exemplify the highest standards of stewardship and dedication. His strategic insight and commitment to strengthening boards have made a lasting mark on the organizations he serves—including the MCU Foundation, where his leadership continues to advance our mission of supporting world-class education and leadership development for the Marine Corps.
