Mattrice Williamson is the Director of Events for Marine Corps University Foundation.  Mattrice brings a wealth of non-profit sector experience to the Foundation.  She holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management.

Mattrice has demonstrated a strong commitment to education, leadership, and mentorship within the military community.  As an active duty military spouse and mother of three, Mattrice has had the opportunity to navigate through multiple relocations, deployments, and career path changes.  In spite of these challenges, she has remained dedicated to maintaining a resilient, well balanced, and healthy family life.  In addition to her many roles, Mattrice continues to find the time to volunteer in support of her local community, church and military community.

A strong heart for military spouses, Mattrice has been an advocate and an active member of the military community for over two decades. Mattrice’s personal and professional career path has afforded her the opportunity to work and volunteer with several military organizations to include, Marine Corps Community Services, Hiring Our Heroes, Blue Star Families, Marine and Family Programs, National Naval Officers Association (NNOA), Leadership Education Seminar (LES) as well as various Marine Corps Units.

As a native Washingtonian her roots are in the city, but her heart belongs to the nearby Maryland hometown team, the Baltimore Ravens. She and her family enjoy spending time watching movies, sports, playing cards, and old school board games. As a 25-year Marine Corps Spouse, Mattrice proudly serves her military community with passion, compassion, and dedication.

Mattrice and her husband Ahmed (Will), are the proud parents of Aliah, Elijah, and Nilah.
